What is SPIO®, what is input orthosis ?

SPIO® has shown to be effective with children and adults of all ages with:

• Cerebral palsy, athetoid, ataxic, and/or spastic
• Hypertonia or Hypotonia
• Instability issues
• Autism with severe body awareness deficits
• Specific syndromes such as Down, Rett, Angelman
• Partial spinal cord injuries, brachial plexus injuries
• Spinocerebellar CNS degenerative diseases (e.g. Friedreich's ataxia)
• Post severe asphyxia or head injury
• and other related musculoskeletal impairments
